Had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for a shuttle. When I called to check the status of the shuttle, staff was rude, told me I have to be patient and they hung up. In no way was i rude or demanding so I was shocked by this response. No TV, they knew this before I booked and should have told me, it would have been nice to book elsewhere that had a working TV. Told the storm knocked out all the TVs, but the Marroitt channel worked just fine. The shower did not have a ledge, looked like handicap accessible which is great, but taking a shower basically floods the bathroom floor.

First I want to say that the staff was super helpful and kind. And acknowledging that we stopped last minute, and it was spring break week, so I assume they were super busy, but… the room was not ideal, it was supposed to sleep 6 - what the details didn’t say was that 2 people were supposed to sleep on a chair and a half pull out, 2 more were supposed to sleep on rollaway beds. There were no washcloths or hand soap in the room. And there were dirty socks on the floor. I felt bad the staff was working hard to deal with the high traffic, but it wasn’t a great experience.

One of the elevators was out of service so we had to carry our luggage to our room. The other elevator was too far from the room that was given to us. In general, is a good property for passing by.

Stay with caution!
Checking in took forever with the glacial system they have in place. As my two week stay went on things seems to progressively get worse. My card kept locking me out at the end of my workday, it was frustrating having to reset it everyday. Then as I walked around the room I found the ac/heater had a leak. I let the front desk know and they seemed dismissive and said they’d “look into it” room service seem to be nonexistent even though I asked for every other day…I had to tell them myself to please stop by my room. And to top it all off the iron seemingly stopped functioning and leaked out all the water onto the ironing board/clothes. Will not be staying here ever again.

Bad customer service
They had no hot water either night I stay. When I ask about a timeframe etc. the lady at the front desk suggested I just take a cold shower and move on. I've never been talked to so rudely. No clean towels on day two. I guess since there was no hot water, they didn't do laundry. I have no idea. No one could answer that.

Upon arriving the representative appeared cold and unconcerned. The telephone in the room was not functioning with no way to call front desk. There were roughly 15 or more hours without hot water in room. Cost of a small muffin was over $6.00 and a small coffee was over $6.00 as well. Seems hotel is more concerned about making money instead of making residents comfortable. While my stay was only two days, I would not consider staying here again.

The property was very nice, front desk friendly and helpful, but I was disappointed in Housekeeping Service. I had to go ask for my room to be refreshed at 6pm in every sense. Trash cans still full, bathroom not touched, beds not made up and most of housekeeping were leaving for the day.

I only say unsafe because I was traveling for business purposes and I have a lot of expensive equipment that I am responsible for. I had no choice but to leave the equipment in my car and I wasn't sure about the security of the area. Hotel and surrounding area/community. Parking was limited and to me it was hard getting to the hotel and getting out of the parking area, to get to my next location/destination. The wifi was not good at all. I didn't have a lot to send which was good. But what I had to do was doable but by other means. Considering I was there only over night, my stay ok. But for an extended business trip, it wouldn't work for me.
