Nice room and comfortable. Internal decoration style is what I preferred. Hotel staff are nice, and smile services to customer. Overall, nice feeling and impression on this hotel. Will leave here later for sure if any business chance.

Nice Hotel, decent location

Pros: Nice executive style hotel.
Cons: Add refrigerators to rooms as standard.
Location: Not much to do nearby. But there are some decent restaurants though.
I don't really have any complaints about the hotel, mostly positive comments. Staff was nice, room was clean and spacious. I took away some points due to no fridge, and in some cases awkward heating/cooling. Location was okay, 10 min drive to downtown, or 10 min drive to airport.

My room was not ready, the gentleman at front desk then asked if I would like a room with two full size beds, I declined; I paid for a queen size bed. After two hours was able to check in. The bathroom is in need of some maintenance, the water pressure was very low and the shower leaked from the wall, by the time I was done there was a pool of water on the floor. When we checked out, the gentlemen who checked us out asked “did you enjoy your stay” It took everything in me not to lose my temper, I stated no, his eyes got big and he continued on like I didn’t even say anything. I guess no matter what they must stick to the script. Good customer service is the key to keeping customers coming back; the staff seemed more interested in sticking to the script rather than addressing the issue and possibly having to be apologizing for the inconvenience the system caused. I will never stay at this hotel again due to uncommunicative staff and the issues with the room.

Kind of rocky at first, due to new credit card system malfunctioning. Which caused delay in check in. Staff handled situation, and my stay was WONDERFUL. Clean hotel.
