“Definitely going back to Charlotte and staying at the Crown Plaza”

I will definitely stay at the Crowne Royal next time I am in Charlotte, which hopefully will be this summer. The hotel staff was so friendly and the room was perfect. The hotel is in a great location and they have a shuttle bus that will take you and pick you up with a five mile radius. The driver was fantastic and knew the area very well. He suggested great restaurants and clubs to go dancing. Everyone at the hotel was really nice and friendly. Definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Charlotte

“Great place within walking distance of city center”

We recently spent two days in Charlotte for the Belk Bowl and were very pleased we chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza. Everyone was pleasant and the room was clean. The folks at the front desk were extremely pleasant and made us feel right at home. The hotel was within walking distance of many fine restaurants and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Charlotte.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. Its was very relaxing and quiet. The bed was amazing. The in hotel restaurant had pretty good food as well. I plan on staying here again very soon.

Overall, we were totally satisfied with the location of this hotel. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Excellent service from staff and use of the shuttle was great.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; we took advantage of the free shuttle service and the driver went over and above his duty! It was our first visit to Charlotte and we will definitely return and stay again at this hotel

“Great customer service and a clean comfy room!”

My adult daughter and I arrived at 5:00 am on 12/17/12 after a 12 hour drive with a uhaul towing a car. We were exhausted and the night clerk was wonderful! I couldn't clear the parking garage so he generously helped us move it and get to where it needed to be. I didn't have cash to tip him or his name so please let me know how to get it to him. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and comfy. The food was magnificent - I highly recommend the wings, empanadas and fried mac and cheese. It was a delightful experience and I would stay again in a heart beat!

“good for the money”

the worst part of this hotel was the lounge. It seems like a nice enough place- but the bartender was the worst! He seemed offended to have customers interrupt his sports channel!!
