Good location, a few blocks from uptown.

Pros: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Maid service should be aware when guests are in their rooms and have not checked out.
Location: Charlotte Knights baseball field and Bank of America stadium are both close by. A neighborhood bar called The Pub is within walking distance.
The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. They give you a cookie when you check. Only problem I had was a maid walking into my room at 8:45 AM. Otherwise, a nice reasonably priced hotel in a good location. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Had a clean microfridge and flat screen TV. I would recommend staying here again.

To much money for the amenities, lobby and bar were under construction , temp bar closed at 10pm on a Sat night ,soft drinks cost 3 bucks , should have been givin a discount since the dinning area and bar were under construction. Will not stay there again.

Good area of Charlotte, comfortable and clean

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Nice staff, clean, modern
Cons: Parking is too expensive
Location: Somethings to do, but take a $6 to NoDa for nightlife
Located in a good, safe area. Ubers in Charlotte are $5-10 anywhere - getting to NoDa was easy. Hotel was clean.

Great place... Little expensive.

Our stay was great. It's in a quiet nook uptown but only a $4 Uber ride away from Epicenter and Time Warner Arena. Front desk staff (Lauren) was great and very welcoming... Loved the warm cookies. Our room was clean and bright. Room service on Sunday am was so quick it was unbelievable.

Great hotel. Proximity to everything was great.

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Close to everything I needed. But tucked away just enough for you to get some nice rest away from the hustle and bustle.
Cons: The parking situation was a bit confusing. Otherwise it was fine.
Location: I needed to be close to Time Warner Cable Arena and this hotel is barely a mile up the street. Walking distance if need be.
Drama free. Front desk staff was excellent. Wish I'd have been there longer than just one night.

Downtown, easy parking

Great hotel, comfy bed, super-convenient, quiet. There is a Starbucks across the street, which was great when running late for a meeting in the morning.

The workers at the front desk during my check in were extremely helpful and very kind. They were polite and understanding of my situation and I appreciated that very much.
