Our rooms weren’t serviced the whole stay even after I called twice within an hour. The host never put in to bring towels/rags to our room after we were told she would. Also, there was no bar soap hold in our shower upon arrival after having to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready. I was disappointed with this Embassy.

I like going to this location when I fly out to North Carolina 4-5 times a year. Usually it’s very convenient and comfortable. This last visit was out of usual than my expectations I have of this location with the shuttle taking over an hour to pick me up from the airport and over an hour after scheduled check in to get into a room that was ready. Other than this last experience it’s my go to place to stay when flying to Charlotte.

Breakfast options were very good. Updated the rooms as good as they could. Only problem I had was the shower did not drain fast enough for more then a 4min shower. I called to let them know so I would get my 50$ deposit back and they did offer to move me immediately but a 1am im not packing up to unpack for a few hrs of sleep. Could have offered to comp my 10$ parking fee.

I cannot say enough about the staff. Every employee I encountered was eager to help, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Staff even came around daily, offering complimentary snacks. The hotel could use a face lift. There were a few cosmetic fixes that would have made my room more pleasant. But overall, I have no complaints

Loved the breakfast and custom omelette. Plenty of staff never out of coffee and clean. Maid service came between nights and made bed and collected trash. Nice touch! Traffic around the hotel was busy but lots of exit points to get turned around.

Older model embassy suites. Decent but not the usual superior quality you would get from a embassy suites. Our 1st room had no working a/c and a clogged sink. the 2nd room we received the shower head was leaking and sprayed water all over while you showered. Beds were comfy and the breakfast and cocktails the night before were as good as usual. front desk staff was freindly and quick. great location for bank of america stadium

The front desk staff maybe over worked because they were very unfriendly but the bar staff was great. We only had one set of towels in the room and no TV guide but plenty of channels. I probably will not Stay here the next time I come to Charlotte.

The cleaning staff was a little aggressive in their approach to check out. Check out is at 11, yet the cleaning lady knocked on my door around 8-8:30am to confirm I was going to checkout. I told her yes but closer to 11. At 9:30 a gentleman entered my room unannounced and without knocking to clean. I was in my underwear.
