Nice Embassy experience! Staff was friendly!
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Sink drains seemed clogged.
Location: Could drive to all major tourist attractions within 20 minutes.
In town for vacation and had a great time! As usual the breakfast at Embassy was superb.....weekends, the line gets a bit long but we expected that and adapted. Worth the wait.

Less than helpful overnight desk clerks.
Posted Jan 3, 2013
This hotel was great except for the overnight hotel clerks. We wanted info on places that were open late night for dining and they were not helpful with this. Also, we asked for suggestions for a sushi restaurant for dinner and the desk clerk was more than willing to help but sent us to a restaurant that was closed.

Wonderful night stay
Posted Jan 27, 2013
Pros: The king suite - wonderful! And the downstairs lobby was gorgeous!
Cons: Wifi not included.
Location: Not too far from downtown, convenient to local restaurants.
Really loved our weekend getaway to this hotel - only two downsides were 1) extremely crowded morning breakfast with not enough seating and juice spills everywhere and 2) did not have free wifi. Otherwise, the room was fantastic, location was great and the staff was extremely helpful and service was great! However, for the price, needed free wifi to conduct business.

Relaxing atmosphere
Posted Jan 25, 2013
Pros: Atmosphere, Full hot breakfast daily, and manager's drinks special from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Cons: Too far from the light rail (city's transportation system) but hotel will shuttle to nearest stop
Location: Central to airport and Ayrsley shopping, theatre, and spa area
Excellent service. Great assistance from all staff. Only down fall is the road construction occurring nightly between the hours of 8pm and 4am.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.
Posted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: appeal of central lobby.
Cons: furniture in room
Location: Charlotte is a great area with many things to do and see.
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Very nice central garden and sitting area. Breakfast was great. The furniture in the room was somewhat dated and uncomfortable. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

I was my kids' hero

Pros: Great breakfast plus plenty of seating.
Cons: Pool is a little small
Location: We came to visit the US National Whitewater center, it was an easy drive,
Clean, well kept, great breakfast. My kids thought it must have been a five star hotel.
