“Good not great”

The first room we were put in had a non-working tv, so we switched for the second night. The new room had a working tv but a sink that tended to spill water onto the carpet. The staff seemed to spend a lot of time hanging around chatting with one another and less time working on problems than I would have liked to see. The hotel was okay, but by no means impressive or outstanding.
