“Okay.....”

The hotel was okay, average....but, they charged you $5 for b-fast....and even though we checked out a night early...we were charged.....Overall the hotel was nice and it was pretty easy to get to Charlotte. My biggest issue was that the room was not cleaned well....there was a giant ball of (a strangers) hair, on the floor in the bathroom....and the bed pillows had unknown stains on them.....ewwww! The staff was nice.....it was just okay......

“Very nice and the beds are so comfortable!”

It is a very nice hotel, and I love staying there. It's comfortable, conveniently close to shopping (you can walk!), and I will continue to stay there when I am in Charlotte. Very satisfied customer!

“Great Hotel”

This hotel is fantastic! Very clean. I don't know how long this particular hotel has been here, but everything seems new. Rooms are large with a separate sitting area. The kitchenette area is small, but sufficient for most tasks that an overnight guest would have. Location is very convenient, with plenty of food and shopping choices nearby. Flat screen TV was a little slow to respond to the remote. If that's the worst thing you can say about a hotel, it's pretty good.
