“Very Comfortable and Clean”

I had a late flight and didn't check in until late in the evening. The front desk associate was friendly and accommodating. They have a little store attached to the lobby where snacks and drinks can be purchased which I found to be very convenient because it was too late to go out. I stay in a standard room with a king bed and it was very clean and comfortable. The t.v. and furniture was new and in great shape. I will definitively return and recommend this hotel.

“Excellent choice - close to everything”

I arrived at Douglas Airport, and called the hotel for the courtesy van. I was welcomed to Charlotte by name, and the van arrived exactly on time as promised. EVERYONE in the hotel was courteous, polite, professional and smiled. My room was clean, airy and everything I needed. The breakfast was good (with many choices) and again, the service was great. They called cabs, they suggested dining establishments, they helped my with my bag, they made check-out a breeze. The only "4" was because the room air conditioner was loud when it was on. I had to sleep with earplugs. That worked. A small annoyance given how everything else was wonderful. It's close to the airport, to downtown, to sports events and parks. It seemed like evrything was "about 10-15 minutes away", mostly by highway. There are many choices of places to eat, all walking (within 6 minutes) distance. Stay here.

“Excellent hotel”

This hotel is very conveniently located to the airport, a short drive to downtown and all the major spots in the city. The hotel is very comfortable and have some of the friendliest staff that I have ever experienced. This hotel is not "over the top" but it is very nice and comfortable where you do not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed my stay greatly!!

The Staff the hotel was vey nice and easy to deal with (alex) especially front desk agent I recommend this hotel. The bed was very comfortable slept like a baby.

“Nice”

In a good area. Not much to do within walking distance, but there was fast food and kinkos nearby. Less than 10 mins from the city center. Arrived before check in and was given an upgraded room! First room was undergoing maintenance, but we were promptly relocated to another upgraded room. Very good experience.

“I wish I had an excuse to go back to Charlotte”

This hotel is a hidden gem. You will not find a friendlier staff, a cleaner facility, a more comfortable room, or a better price. I was very impressed. If you are in Charlotte, forget staying anywhere else.

Extremely clean and location was quiet and convenient. The bed was very comfortable pillowtop mattress.

Close to airport and helpful staff. Only one thing negative , whomever makes coffee there obviously does not drink it , weak !
