“Married at CMS”
We stayed here while getting Married at Charlotte Motor Speedway, this is a first class place, and you will not find friendlier people! We will stay here again!
“Hampton - Charlotte”
Just want you expect from a Hampton. Clean and quality. One negative is that the breakfast has gone to mostly microwave prepackaged food rather than fresh eggs, bacon, and sausage.
“Needs some help”
We booked this room thinking that if we paid a little higher price for the Hampton name, we would not have any issues with our stay. We experienced several minor issues. The phone didn't work, the safe was locked so we could not use it, the toilet had maintenance issues and the ice maker on our floor was broken. We also had difficulty getting breakfast. When we arrived at the buffet, it had limited amounts of food available. They restocked it after we had already eaten from what was available at the time we arrived. We reported the phone and safe issue to the desk when leaving for the day on Sunday. We came back Sunday afternoon and nothing had been done. The safe was never fixed, the phone came on 5 minutes before we left and the ice machine never was fixed during our visit. They did send us a gift certificate for 1 nights stay for free, but I don't know when we get back to that area. It expires in December, so most likely we won't get to use it and I am not sure I want to either.
“Nothing Amazing..”
Clean, nice for a overnight stay. Service was okay some people rude and didnt offer late check out in the middle of March? Didn't make much sense to me.
“Worth the $$$$”
You can't beat this hotel. Right off the interstate the hotel is easy to get to. If your lucky the people in the next room might smoke in the bathroom so yours smells like smoke too! I didn't complain though, the smoke wasn't from cigarettes. It did remind me of my college days.

It was a very nice hotel for the money. I love the size of the room and what all the hotel had to offer. Love it!!
“Can't wait to go back”
Whirlpool was great. The service was great. The breakfast was really good and they have a waffle station to make your own waffles. Would stay again.
“Relaxing Overnight Get Away”
This hotel was a quiet location and met all of my hotel needs. It was a wonderful get away for the weekend. The staff was friendly and the breakfast more than met our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a privacy and rest. The King size bed was fabulous. Only complaint would be that I wish there had been a microfridge. There were soda and ice machines on each floor. Check out was very easy and quick. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Trying to get back again!!!”
Room was huge, bed and whirlpool were amazing. Great price and amenities. Will try to book here every time I am in the area.
“Noisy Air/Heater Unit”
The air/heater unit is extremely loud. Every time it turned on it woke me up. The pillows were also way too soft.
