most comfortable motel have stayed in in 8 months. Puts Quality Inn where we stayed the night before to shame.

This hotel was very clean,firm mattress and also had a very nice exercise room with bottles of water,an added touch.

Arrived early, was checked in without a minute's extra wait. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival and was in the room in just minutes after walking in the front door. I asked for directions to a specific place later that afternoon and received not only a map but also additional information regarding other places of interest and traffic information in order that I might avoid the heavier traffic spots. The staff, Carver, I believe, was his name, was friendly and courteous without being condescending.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We need to check in early to attend a wedding. The staff allowed us to check in early and was very speedy to help us. The room was spotless. The bed were a little small for two people but were very manageable for the price. We asked for extra towels and were immediately accomodated. Very quiet and there was a boys baseball team also staying there. The continental breakfast included make your own hot waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, as well as many choices of juice. Hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit and other items were offered. Premium coffee was HOT and available throughout the day. If I visit this area again I will diffinitely stay here.

The room furnishings and set-up were excellent and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. Overall a very good place to stay. My spouse was very pleased and we will stay in Hampton Inns in the future.

I have styaed here many times before. While an older Hampton, it is in excellent condition. Breakfast I skip. Food is dreadful

“Satisfaction.”

The Hampton Inn - Gastonia was very "convenient", right off of the interstate - loved that!!! We arrived a little earlier than expected and was able to check-in upon arrival - loved that!!! The front desk personnel were very kind & hospitable and our room was clean & comfy! If in the area again and need overnight accommodations Hampton Inn - Gastonia more than likely will be our go to spot!!!

“Gets the Job Done”

This is the prefered option for our Company's nearby plant visitors, and it delivers what you need on a business trip, perrhaps the gym could improve a bit, but otherwise it is a very good option.
