The property and people are fantastic. Had an issue which forced a room change, and the staff could not have been more kind and accommodating. Great continental breakfast. One thing potential customers should be aware of before booking is that the property is directly across the street from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, a fire station, and a light rail crossing. That can cause a bit of a ruckus in the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise, fantastic.

Che kin was a breeze, the desk staff were polite professional, and quick. Within minutes we had our entry cards. The room and facilities are clean.

We checked in and stayed 2 hours and left. The place did not appear to be safe and very unsafe. We wasted our money and drove 4 hours home.

We came on a two day shopping trip, and this place was just fine and located an ideal distance between all the big box stores we needed to hit up, so it was very efficient for us. I would definitely stay here again on a shopping trip.

The room was perfect for what I needed it for, sleep as it was just a stopover on my way back to college. Very comfortable and clean and had an amazing breakfast with multiple g/f options which I appreciated.

It was not so good. The heater was very loud that we turned it over and chose to sleep in a cold room. Just added extra blankets. Also was a slight smell to it. The hotel needs updating.

Great stay over the holidays
Great stay. Room & bathroom was very clean. Bed & pillows were comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was standard, but fresh & timely each morning; coffee was hot & fresh. Area was quiet. We were visiting family for the holidays, so was focused on location. Overall, a really good stay. Would stay again.

Hotels.com Failure
Hotel was as expected and staff was better than good. Hotels.com SUCKED. I booked the hotel and showed up about half an hour later. Got a confirming e-mail. When I arrived the hotel had no record of my reservation. They would not book me. I called the very laughable Hotels.com “customer service “ line and was told basically that my doing so was futile. I tried to cancel the booking but H.C said they had no record of my booking - despite the confirming e-mail. When I entered the 15 digit file number, the recording said there was no such number. I was beyond frustrated. Have you ever thought what you’d do if H.C screws up? I didn’t - and it’d not pretty. The hotel staff booked me anyway. 1. Always do “pay at property “ and not pay now 2. From now on I’ll look at H.C for rates and availability and then book with property directly.
