This is an amazing hotel in an amazing location. There are numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was sold out, but it didn't feel that way. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Went to a concert and this location was perfect to walk too. Only complaint is parking is a disaster… 2 grown adults cussing me and my child out over a parking place is a little much.

Excellent client care -- very courteous. Upgraded my room to a suite upon arrival for no charge. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, but it was good and free. I would absolutely return.

Parking is limited in the parking deck. Some guest took 2 parking spots for 1 car, one vehicle had a U-Haul trailer taking up 4 parking spaces. Our heat/ac unit is not working also.

The staff knew that there was a car stuck on the ramp and did not have someone working there directing traffic. Instead there was a rude/intimidating guest telling us to back up… on the ramp… and we hit the wall. I went in to speak to the staff and they were disinteresting in taking any responsibility.

Close to stadium and it felt secure. Having to pay 25 dollars to park in the hotel parking was a bit much. It was troubling to see a homeless camp on public school grounds out our window. While not the hotels fault. It was appalling to see this was allowed on an elementary school property.

Good stay. No hot tub as stated. The restaurant is in the hotel next door and it took us until our last night to figure that out. Pool is COLD and air conditioning was on so it was unusable for my kids. Otherwise it was clean, and breakfast was fantastic.

Well, the hotel was very nice. It was clean and very spacious. The staff at the front desk were very nice and accomidating. Everything was great, but I did encounter some issues. Upon check-in, I noticed that the pool was closed for reasons unknown. I also wasn't aware that you will have to pay for parking for $25 a night, yes! $ 25 per night. I wished that was listed on Hotels.com, but it just states available parking. I would recommend this hotel, but the parking charges need to go.
