This hotel had parts of the floor ripped up and red tape everywhere. I paid a lot of money to stay in a nicer place, especially a place with a pool so I could get a swim in before I went to the airport. The pool was closed so I am not sure what I paid for. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I found several pieces of hair in the bathroom, a fake eyelash, and the worst part was that they double billed me on top of expedia prepaid billing. I'm STILL waiting after 13 business days (they said it would be done in 7-10 business days) for my refund and had to begin a credit card dispute since I've called them several times and have been reacted to adversarially for requesting real updates on this matter. Really disappointing service and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Very close to airport. Staff friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower door very hard to open. Waited 20 min for shuttle at the airport. When it arrived so many people rushed to get on, it quickly filled up & we were told there was no more room. Rather than wait again we had to pay $15. for a taxi as it was 10:00 at night.

Well your site stated the parking 25.00 for 7 days. When i arrived i was told 55.00 . I showed the.woman what it said and she pulled up your web site. Well i was charged 55.00 and i feel that was wrong..i am also staying when i get back for 1 night.

Had a day to relax while waiting for our next flight. Was only told after checking in that the pool was closed for maintenance. Disappointed we were not told earlier. I booked a room with bathtub and when got there I only had a shower. Was charged an up charge when they didn’t have king room with tub but didn’t tell me. I had to call back and was told they would remove the extra charge.

I booked this stay for an overnight layover. We arrived late and was greeted by a very nice and friendly gentleman on front desk he checked us in and gave us two bottles of water. When we got to the room it had been cleaned but STUNK of marijuna and it was fresh. I was so tired and exhausted from traveling all day. I didn’t change rooms if felt like too much at that late hour. Honestly they shouldn’t have given that room until it was properly aired out. Even the smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag. I did let front desk know once we checked out. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is old and a dump. Business ctr is closed Pool is out of order. Tons of deferred maintenance. hvac sucks. windows don’t open. This is a $59 a nite dump costing $145. Checkin was slower than molasses. They clearly hate Expedia bookings

Pretty disappointing. The staff member was ordering Chinese food while trying (and failing, twice) to get my card properly swiped for incidentals. There was no "shelf" to place one's toiletries in the shower. And it smelled like cigarette smoke as one walked in the door. Would skip next time I get stuck at / by the Charlotte airport.

Unplanned stay after an airline error and we were so happy we did. Staff encountered were friendly and accomodating, airport transfer gentleman was a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast lady was a little unsettling when she told me I had to move from the condiment counter to prep my meal and then stood there like a hallway monitor, eagle eyeing everyone but hey, we all have our days I guess. Thanks for being a relaxing place to land after a very unpleasant day traveling.

Shuttle took forever to pick us up at the airport. Elevator broken, pool not working. Floors filthy everywhere and the tile in our room was sticky. On the plus side, the shuttle driver gave an excellent recommendation for a place to catch supper and took us there and back.
