Slow check in due to large group and only one receptionist but overall I was very pleased with the hotel.

Even though we had a mix up with the hotel receiving booking info from Expedia, the front desk staff immediately took care of us. Our bellman and airport shuttle drive were, too, very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely comfortable with lots of little "extras"...the complimentary bottled water, great tea selection and fantastic coffee maker! Also, the complimentary toiletries were exceptional! Would definitely choose this hotel again!

“Nice, quiet, and comfortable”

Very good, friendly service at the desk. The breakfast buffet is terrific. Room service menu is extensive. Fast, free wireless throughout the hotel. Pool is small and cold, but clean. Easy access to the highway and about 20-25 minutes to downtown. Very comfortable beds! I'd certainly stay here again.

The pillow is not comfortable for me. The room is clean. However the air in elevator is hot. I think it is a good place to stay. They provide shuttle to airport and 10 mins for driving to downtown.
