Off the Freeway with Theft warning Signs

The pics show remodeling, and the lobby is pretty, but the rooms we stayed in are not the rooms in the pics posted by the hotel or other travelers. Maybe partial reno? No fridge (not advertised just inconvenient), no fan in the bathroom, loud air conditioner, only three towels in a four person room. Did not feel like a Hilton.

This can't be a Hilton

The exterior and lobby is what you expect from a Hilton but after that is was all down hill. The room was clean but the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The walls had several different shades of color from being touched up over the years. At 2:00am on our first night my wife and I noticed the smell of smoke but this is a smoke free hotel. We notified the front desk and the desk clerk said he will send someone to spray the hallway and our room. This was not what we wanted. We asked for another room but there was no record of anyone being in our room even after telling him my name and producing the room keys. Finally we were given another room but it was in the basement. The window literally was two feet from the support wall for the front driveway. I had better accomadations at Days Inn. This location will not see anymore business from my family.

Terrible service

Wait staff in the bar/ lounge service was terrible. They didn't know the menu, didn't bother telling us what drinks they had to offer . Got out order wrong twice. And even didn't have our first order ,so we ended up having to reorder due to no food. Food ended up tasting terrible after waiting 45 minutes.

Hotel was nice. It was what I expected. Did have some guest across the hall being extremely loud but that was definitely handled and in a timely manner too! Overall great hotel for the price.

Room 225

Pros: Convenient
Cons: Lower breakfast prices
Location: Corowinds, speed street
My first room 225 toilet was leaking from the floor. I was moved to another room. Both rooms had a bad sewer smell on the first floor.

Easy location, great bedding

Clean room, didn't see any staff while there. Had a new employee check us in. Overall good experience. Great location and the beds and pillows are amazing
