Wonderful!

I was extremely satisfied with the room and accommodations. Every thing was extremely clean and I felt both very comfortable and safe. I was staying at the Hilton for a conference and traveling alone, so the safety issue was important to me. The bed gave me about the best nights sleep I have had in a very long time! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My every need was met with a smile. The staff used my name when they spoke to me, which gives that wonderful personal touch. I ate breakfast in the restaurant instead of the one provided for us at the conference and it was terrific! I was seated immediately and the waitress was very efficient, called me by name, and kept checking back with me to see if I needed anything else and how everything was. I am so glad that I stayed at this hotel! Thank you Hilton for a wonderful experience!!!

The hotel was nice and quiet for the most part. Close to a lot. Good if you don't wan to stay uptown Charlotte.

Cons: everything, including food
Terrible. It was cold. The heating unit was not working.People not friendly.

Great "stay-cation"!!

We come here a few months, just to get away. The staff is always great, from the front desk to housekeeping. The room is very nice and comfortable. We visited the onsite resturant for the first time and the food was excellent!!

too noisy at night

Pros: it was affordable
Cons: control noise level from guests and large parties after mid-night
Location: not easy to locate using GPS
we could not sleep till 3:00 am due to some wild noisy guests who were running around in the hall way of the seventh floor. we guessed they must be part of a wedding party.
