Pros: hte lake view
Cons: the carpeting needs to be replaced in most areas
the hotel does not live up to the Hilton name in terms of quality service for the cost.

The hotel is in a great location, great shopping, restaurants and activities for your family. The only downside was air conditioning could have been better in common areas.

Close to different stores

I enjoyed my stay. Nice room and pleasant staff. Unlike most hotels breakfast was not complimentary. Although I was advised by my family members that they received breakfast vouchers for their stay. We did not. Very disappointed by that.

Hotel is an excellent value, great big king bed. Nice area. Common areas need a little refreshing

Great Hotel

Pros: Comfortable and very nice.
Cons: Carpet, it is just a little dated but clean.
Location: Minutes away from a lot of attractions.
Valet parking was great and available until 130 am. The staff made us feel very special and they catered to our needs. The price was great and the room was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. We ordered room service because we were on a tight schedule and the service and food was great. We loved our stay. Recommend you stay here if you are in Charlotte, minutes away from Music Pavilion.

Convenient & clean

Close to I-85. Clean. Exterior looks like nothing much, but interior is quite nice & updated. Staff all nice. Recommended.
