The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. The air/heat conditioner was very loud and the hall noise was also loud. I was thankful it all quieted down early and I wasn’t woken up by noise.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean. My only complaint was that the AC unit in my room was so loud at night it was hard to sleep with it on, it was too hot in the room with it off. Other than that it was perfect!

The service was very bad they give us a handicap room we didn’t request handicap room, the bathroom was not clean very filthy. Overall we not pleasant experience we want stay there for free.

This motel is very good. It certainly meets the standards of a Hilton Garden property. The pool water was really cold, so maybe the heater was broken. But the people at the desk were excellent.
