“Very welcoming staff & friendly atmosphere”

Clean, comfortable room, along with helpful Front Desk staff made my stay very pleasant. All employees greeted me , coffee was offered, restaurant employess were attentive, so I would describe it as "well-run" & very convenient to the Airport. The shuttle service was a worthwhile feature as well; drivers were pleasant & helpful, which makes a huge difference to me, with all the stress that goes with flying these days!

“Stuck in a snow storm”

We were flying back from Florida to Philadelphia and got stuck in Charlotte. Our daughter was able to make us a last minute reservation on Expedia. We apparently got the next to last room and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We were on our way the next morning on the hotel provided shuttle at 5:30 am and would stay there again.

This hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The entrance and lobby were lovely, our room was large, clean and comfortable, and the staff was above and beyond gracious! We loved it! Thank you so much.

“Great last night in America”

I only had a short time to wait for a flight leaving at 5.30 AM to travel home abroad. International travel requires 3 hours advance check in and I didn't want to ask family or friends to take me so early to the airport. The information from the hotel staff was spot on and the convenience of the free shuttle to the departure area (even very early in the AM, they were so professional and pleasant). They gave us a great deal on the room as well. I had to eat an early supper in order to try and rest before my 2AM wake up call and the food was very good, the staff in the restaurant were so helpful and kind to look up ingredients that I am sensitive to make sure I wouldn't have a reaction before the long flight. I so appreciated that. I have already recommended it to others as a wonderful place to stay before a flight.

“Needs better access to cribs”

I tried to reserve a crib for my toddler the day before was told that it was first come first serve. When I checked in I asked again for a crib but was told that I was too late in that the house keeping staff was off for the evening and the cribs were locked up. Ended up having to co-sleep.

“Great airport sleep over”

We arrived late at night after a long flight from overseas and found the location ideal (just one mile from airport) Chech was easy/efficient and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. A good night's sleep ensued!
