“Great place to stay and reasonably priced!”

We blew into town for one night after driving 9 hours. The staff was friendly, the accomadations were comfortable, and the perks were pleasantly unexpected.

First experience with the buy before you know the Hotel deal.(unpublished rate) Turned out to be a pleasant place to stay. Holiday Inn always does thier best no matter how old thier building might be. I would stay there again!

The staff was wonderful! The women at the front desk were so helpful, sweet and friendly. Super attentive and genuinely nice people. I wish I could remember all of their names, but I know one of their names was Ebony. Anyway, they were all sweethearts. Very nice hotel. Great, comfortable stay. Enjoyed it very much.

“I would return”

This was my second time staying here. I was comfortable there which is why I returned, There was a slight misunderstanding, the clerk at the desk said I was not entitled to breakfast, as I stood there telling her it was included in my reservation she went on to tell me I had to be a member, it wasn't until I showed her that it was stated in my confirmation that she decided to give me the breakfast voucher. I was left feeling as though I was trying to take advantage of the hotel and in fact It was something that I opt to pay more for.

Pleasant staff. Clean, spacious and quiet room. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The motel was a pleasent place to stay. Very quiet!

“Not impressed for a Holiday Inn”

The building needed to be updated. But main problems were old coffee smell in room, a/c that rattled all night long, refrig. that had to be unplugged because of the noise, shower curtain that had mold spots, door dead-bolt that was installed incorrectly and couldn't shut, no maid service for first day. There was trash in the parking lot. The Staff was excellent - very friendly but overall very disappointing for a big name like Holiday Inn, the main reason we picked it.

“Smoking deal breaker”

They had only a smoking room my first night. They did change me to non-smoking for the other nights, but that first night in a smoking room was a deal breaker.
