Our shower was broken and we were unable to use We had already dressed and went down for breakfast . I told the employee at the front desk. She offered for us to wait and get it fixed or go to another room. I said we are leaving today and don’t want to go through that hassle. She never offered to reduce the rate at all. I thought she definitely should have.

Excellent Stopover On Drive Home From Vacation
Room was outstanding. Very, very clean, plenty of amenities that would be great if we stayed more than one night. Breakfast was excellent as well.

I will start by saying that this is not a luxury hotel. What we didn't like was that the bed wasn't great, the pillows were super thin, the pull out sofa wasn't great either. But what we liked was that the staff was extremely helpful in providing whatever we needed. We got 6 extra pillows, extra blankets. You need to ask housekeeping for towels when you need new ones but you will get them promptly. There is a little snack shop next to the reception and sometimes you'll get the water bottles for free, other times you'll have to pay for them...depends on who is at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't great either, but you had somewhat of a variety, eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausages, potatoes. The coffee was good. The workers at the buffet breakfast were very friendly also. What we liked most about the hotel was that every person that worked there was friendly, nice and helpful!

The only problem we had was the cleaning crew was horrible, didnt make the beds took kitchen garbarge and put it on top of the bathroom garbarge and just let it all in the bathroom the rest of the staff was great

This is a beautiful property and close to restaurants and shops. It was very convenient for us so we could be close to family. Many of the rooms are under renovation which is good because the rooms are really outdated.
