Check in was at 3, arrived at 4:15 and my room still wasn’t ready. Coffee maker was dirty and carpet outside of the bathroom was sticky

The hotel staff was really friendly and breakfast the one morning we got up early enough to eat was great. The availability of the fitness center on Sunday afternoon was a plus.

Quite dated
Hotel is very dated but is being renovated in some areas currently. Room was a good size. WiFi and air conditioning both functioning ok. Breakfast offering was good. Bar is just an extension of the reception desk, so whilst it would've been possible to have a drink there, i would've been the only customer. Lady who checked me in was friendly. Lady who checked me out was very indifferent. Airport transfers worked OK. Good sports bar across the car park for food and drinks

The 2nd floor smelled like mold n mildew soon as you got off the elevator. We stayed in room 209 the air conditioning unit was leaking the whole floor/carpet was wet so we had to watch how we got out of the bed or our socks would be socked AGAIN! The complimentary breakfast was cold! The hashbrowns nor the eggs were not cooked thoroughly. 😡😡😡

I was not made aware that I had to request shuttle and was delayed in getting to property. First room assigned had gum on floor in two places. Second room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

This hotel needs SERIOUS renovation... The room was quite ok, but the common areas, like breakfast room and elevators are falling apart. When I was having breakfast, it was raining and water was eaking from the ceiling on the chair next to me. The breakfast was decent and the fitness club well equipped.
