“No frills but good airport hotel”

An inexpensive airport hotel that delivers exactly what you need. No luxury here but free airport shuttle, free in-room wifi, a decent cold breakfast and a pleasant experience. If you just need a room close to the airport this really does the trick.

We only stayed for one night because we were catching an early flight the next morning. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and updated. We were very pleased.

The room was new and remodeled! It looked similar to the one on the site. Very nice, comfy king size bed! LOVED IT! Only thing that I didn't like was that there was no fan in the bathroom, so it got a little steamy. Good location, not to far from downtown. Breakfast was good - nice spread of choices. Nice dining room. Overall, very impressed. Staff was VERY nice. Would def. go back again.

From the time I enter the lobby of this hotel until the time I departed, service was outstanding. Helpful and friendly personnel. I will definitely stay here again and again during my visits to Charlotte.

“extremely freindly staff”

this hotel is not very exciting at first glance, it is older but clean with good mattresses.. we stayed very briefly before and after flights from Europe.. even tho our arrivals and departures were in the middle of the night the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. the shuttle to and from the airport was on time and quick to help with our luggage... it was a good hotel for brief layovers... very satisfied.

The only nit we had was no newspapers on Saturday and no machine to buy one. But that's just a nit.

“Great Deal”

We stayed overnight after a late night arrival en route to Asheville. We just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep before we hit the road the following morning, and this hotel fit the bill. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room spacious, and the staff courteous. We were well satisfied, especially given the very reasonable price.

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay or business traveler. It is close to the airport and is more affordable than other nearby hotels. The hotel has just been remodeled and everything is in new condition. It has free high speed internet service. Lots of things to do nearby.
