“Good deal for the money!”

The reason I chose this hotel was price. It was a good choice for the money. The staff was very good except for the lady that was working the morning shift. She had a negative attitude and was not as helpful as the others. The breakfast was toast, bagels, muffins, and cereal. Juice, milk and coffee for drinks. The ice maker was not working. The helpful night desk person offered a list of restaurants for our use. It was 2 years out of date but better than nothing. For the price it was better than the hotels that were $40 more.

“Great for the price”

If you are looking for perfect don't come here. If however you are like me and on a budget it was more than I could ask for. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were problems every day but they took care of them as soon as I mentioned them. Things like my key card not working, my sheets being stripped off the bed and not replaced, non-functioning batteries in the remote. Things I call nuisances. The breakfast bar was very limited but staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean, the neighborhood safe and you were no more than 5 minutes from both fast food and fine dining. You can not beat it for the price.

“Convenient hotel in Charlotte”

This is an older chain hotel it is in "OK" condition. The staff were courteous and helpful. the location is right on the interstate and very easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable. It is obviouos that the current owners are trying to keep this thing alive durring tough financial times but I feel it was still a very good value for the price.

“Bitter Sweet”

This hotel is in a nice area of town. The overall room is nice, clean and quite but the restroom facilities where not up to par...

“Don't go expecting the Holiday Inn - Good enough”

Provided you're not going to this expecting the Holiday Inn, for the price, this really wasn't that bad of a hotel. The area is definitely questionable. The front desk people were nice. The room was clean enough. There was an issue with the Hot water in the shower... one minute it was good - then Scolding Hot. Otherwise it was quite and comfortable after a long day of traveling. If you need a place for the night and low on cash, this wasn't bad.

“Clean but run-down”

Very clean hotel room, but old run-down property without amenities. No phone, no alarm clock in room. One of the windows fell out of the frame because it did not lock.
