“Hard to get to from freeway”

Hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds could be a little better but otherwise ok. All and all we were satisfied.

Lovely, intimate lobby, many inviting nooks for conversation and reading. Service was the friendly, helpful kind one expects in the South. Shopping was handy and accessible. We were delighted.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location near great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms with plenty of towels, updated attractive room and welcoming hallways. Great rates through Expedia vacation package. We will stay here again when we visit family in Charlotte.

Walk out the door to wonderful shopping and some excellent restaurants. A two minute walk took us to an excellent Italian restaurant just around the corner. A bit further was a steak place which we also tried and found to be first class!Some shops are right across from the side door and the South Park Mall with shops from Nordstroms to Macys is just down the road!

My fiancee and I needed a place to stay overnight while visiting friends in Charlotte, then heading to Georgia for a wedding the next morning. Everything here was very nice, and made for a quick getaway the next morning. I only wish we could've taken full advantage of everything the hotel had to offer.

“Great Hotel in South Park Area”

This is a great hotel- staff was extremely polite and friendly, room was very clean and spacious (and I was able to check in at 11am!), lobby and common areas well maintained. Bottled water is always available at no cost and parking is free. Hotel is conveniently located close to several nice restaurants and shopping. It had a nice central location so it was easy to get around all over Charlotte. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little outdated, but the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses. Would recommend!

“Southpark, best area to live and shop in Charlotte”

This hotel is fantastic for shoppers. The area is packed with great stores/malls and restaurants. Area really upscale and beautiful.
