“Great value for the price!”

We stayed one night after a concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. The room and bathroom were both very clean and very well maintained. It was a fantastic value for the low price we payed. We will definitely book with this hotel again for the next concert!

“Good value”

Have stayed here several times and it is always pleasant. Staff is courteous and helpful, place is clean and generally quiet. Nice breakfast selections available include a waffle-maker. The deluxe rooms have a fridge and microwave - that's the only difference. Only problems I've had are spotty internet downtimes and consistently-broken ice machine on 1st floor. Really good value at the price.

“Should have stayed longer!”

Hotel was satisfactory, a place to sleep with air conditioning and a functional shower. Complementary breakfast was outstanding and the management was exceptional.

“Affordable, Clean, nice location to various Restaurants”

Hotel was nice. Not a 5 star but that was not what we were looking. Location was close to the Lowes MotorSpeedway and Z-Max tracks, which was were we went for the weekend. Various restaurants nearby so we had a great choice of where to eat. Rooms were clean. Hotel staff was very nice. Only down side we had was that the address states 132 Mccullough. Had a little bit of trouble actually finding the hotel but once we got there, it was a nice. We would definately stay there again.....

“Completely Satisfied!”

We came from Pennsylvania for a weekend conference and to meet friends we'd only known previously by phone. The hotel was great. We arrived late at night, but our reservation had been held. Our room was exactly what we had requested. When we needed help finding places, a map was available and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Charlotte! Thank you, Microtel University staff!

“Planning On Going Back!”

This Hotel is near everything it was great. The room it self was small but it was clean and comfy! Check In was quick... I plan on using this Hotel in the future. Great Price too.

“Great for the money”

Not right on the main highway, but relatively easy to find, even though our GPS told us to turn right when we should have turned left. In the back of a cul-de-sac, so it was very quiet. Not far from ZMax Dragway, which is why we were there. All Microtel rooms are small, hence the name, but when all you want is a good night's sleep, there's none better for the money. Very comfortable bed with plenty of good pillows, not those thin ones that seem to melt away when you lay your head on them. Even had shampoo, which was great since I forgot mine. I usually don't like the 2-in-one shampoo and conditioner, but this made my hair feel great! Don't know what kind it was, but I liked it. We were so tired we slept through breakfast, until 10:30, so the 12 noon checkout time was especially nice since most places have 11am. We would not have had time to shower and pack up if theirs had also been at 11am. Will stay there again next year!

“Quality stay at quality price”

We were in town for a convention at the Arena. We found the Microtel to be an excellent choice - convenient, easy transit, great price, comfortable room, nice amenities, nice staff. The breakfast was on offer earlier than the posted time each day which was a HUGE help for us getting out the door. The only downside we had was that the in-room coffeemake had not been cleaned and was not stocked for use. Other than that, it was excellent and we would stay there again. The price was right and all we really wanted was a decent place to sleep and shower - we got that and more at Microtel!
