“Nice Hotel!”

Excellent stay. I think that there should be parking included in your hotel stay. You have to pay for parking in the garage next to the hotel but other than that, is a great place to stay and I will stay there again with my next trip.

“NASCAR WEEKEND”

Arrived Friday on the busy NASCAR weekend the staff and hotel were great. Unfortunatly the great central location put us right in the middle of the speed street event and we were unable to take advantage of the location due to the large crowds. Everything was very controlled and we felt safe walking but the crowds were a little much. Would be a great location and hotel any weekend but this one. Loved Charlotte and definetly will come back.

Nice hotel, great location. Also, there is so much to do in the lobby and outside the building. I really enjoyed my stay. I've stayed at other hotels in Charlotte but this is my favorite.

“Good Charlotte Location”

Great value, I booked as a package so my price was very competitive, however it is one of the better multi-night stays I have had in some time. Downtown Charlotte is a good place to have the easy access of the Omni.

Sign up for Select Guest. Get free coffee to your room in the moring and free WiFi. Signing up for Select Guest is free. Totally worth it. Beware - the Starbucks on the lower level isn't open on the weekend - but there's another one right across the street.

“Great For Business”

The appearance of the hotel is great. My room was pretty good. The only problem is the size of the room. It was in a great location as I was in town for a business convention at the Convention Center. It was within walking distance. This hotel was actually better and less expensive than some of the other popular hotels (Westin). I got my bang for my buck. I don't think I would bring my entire family because the rooms are small. It was a great experience though. Be aware of the incidental charge. I was overcharged, but the front desk assured me that it would be refunded to my card the next business day. I would stay here again.

I had a great stay here in the middle of everything I needed a Lunt roller the brought me one and scissors and juice every morning loved loved lived it :) I was very comfortable traveling by myself without my husband
