Fantastic hotel. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff was wonderful from the bell man that brought up our things to the front desk staff to the valets all were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great view and the bed was so comfortable. Just a great experience all the way around!

“Nice Stay”

Very nice stay. Other than the dog that was barking all night in the adjourning room (of which the hotel manager called us personally once the issue was resolved) we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff was very pleasant, room very comfortable, if a little small... Bath amenities were top-notch, and shower was wonderful! Great location in the heart of Uptown Charlotte... Only negative, I resent having to pay for internet service at such a pricey hotel.

Wonderful location, very clean, friendly staff, & extremely accommodating. We'll be staying here again on our frequent trips to the Queen City! I highly recommend the Omni in Charlotte!

“Fabulous hotel near pro stadiums and after-sports fun places”

Lovely, huge lobby. Huge venue, with multiple rooms for large weddings, etc. About a block from NBA basketball stadium and about .75 miles from NFL football stadium. About a block from all kinds of fun restaurants/clubs, incl Wild Wings Cafe (band that Sat nt), Howl at the Moon (fun dueling pianos), an Irish bar and Bruegger's Bagels. Huge, lovely, well-maintained room.
