There is free transportation from the airport, the staff is incredibly courteous, great room size, good breakfast. What else do you need???

Great Service. Very cordial reception. Good and wholesome breakfast with several vegeterian options, and a complementary drop to the airport. The room was well maintained, and had free internet access as well.

“Good place to sleep”

We got this hotel for the sole purpose of sleeping and catching an early flight the next morning. We had a very late check in and the man at the front desk was very nice and informative as far as when we should leave to get to the airport and directions.The comp. breakfast in the morning was decent too! I would definately stay again!

“Perfect budget hotel”

We hadn't planned on an overnight stay in Charlotte, but once Mother Nature closed all the airports on the east coast, we had no choice. Being stranded in an airport with thousands of other travelers who all need accommodations isn't a fun experience, but the staff at the Quality Inn made it a painless, actually pleasant, experience. The shuttle from the airport was quick and arrived every 15 minutes. The driver (Marvin?) was extremely helpful and efficient. When we arrived at the hotel there were dozens of people looking for rooms, but the woman who checked us in maintained a smile and a cordial demeanor through all of the chaos. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. That's all I really ask for in a hotel that charges so little and offers such convenience. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning (sausage, freshly made "serve yourself" waffles, juices, pastry and good coffee. It's not luxury, but thanks to a great staff and management, it felt like home.

The hotel was just what we needed. We spent only one night and they got us to the airport on time. They returned to pick us up a week later and our car was s.afe while we were gone

The hotel was spacious, staff was courteous and it was a very nice room. My only complaint is that the carpets were quite dirty, my baby's socks and pants were black from crawling on the floors. Also no clean towels by the pool. Otherwise it was a nice room. We were there for my husband's business trip, and I stayed with the children. They had a great time in the pool, continental breakfast was nice and the room had plenty of space for kids to play.
