Thermostat in room broken. Kept switching to 90°. Unacceptable. They finally moved us to a different room at 10pm. Room stayed cool until 8am. Same problem occured. Pool was cold. Breakfast was beyond bad. They were out of waffle batter, oj, and apple juice. Biscuit gravy was VERY watered down. Eggs and sausage VERY cold and obviously were sitting there for hours. No plates, salt, or pepper. Hotel charged my card $2.00 - not much but unacceptable. Why the $2.00 charge. Wouldn't go back there if you paid me!

The facility was great overall. The room was nice and spacious, good amenities provided. My two complaints are we booked this specific hotel because of the pool and free breakfast provided. However, the pool was shut down for cleaning, so that was a bummer. Then, we came down for breakfast at 8:45am (it was supposed to be open until 9am) and all the food was wiped out except for a little bit of cereal and bagels, and she wasn't restocking anything. All the hot food was gone, the waffle mix was gone, and she was cleaning everything up promptly at 9am, even though people were still eating. I'm talking removed every single thing, she even took the salt and pepper away! I had to ask her to turn the beverage machine back on just so I could get some water! So that was disappointing for my family of 6 who was planning on a nice hot breakfast. Just beware and get there early!! Also, it would be nice if they would extend the breakfast hours to 9:30, as there were multiple families who showed up expecting food until 9am and were disappointed and hungry.

This hotel gave me ghetto vibes. It was a horrible experience. The place was very noisy with kids running around and people off the streets. Everything is very old and there's only one elevator. I addressed my concerns with management and the staff and the response I received was that they were sorry and could give me $10 you guys! The people off the streets must've made the reviews because this place is not a good place to stay nor is it safe.

Absolutely horrible stay. Our room was disgusting and unsanitary. We came later at night and we’re tired. I put the kids to bed and then looked around. There was a full trash can in the first room. On the very top was a disgusting pile of bloody tissues!! My Husband then brushed his teeth and the sink was almost completely clogged, bringing up old hair and then very slowly draining. When I pulled the covers down, to get into bed, there were fresh blood stains! I assume the sheets were not changed, from the previous guest, and the bloody tissues made sense. I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she assured me the room would be cleaned in the morning. I had to sleep on top of the blankets with nothing to cover myself. I checked with the man in the morning about our room being cleaned. He said there was a note there and assured me it would be done. We left the hotel from 9:30 am until 10 pm. When we returned the room had not been touched! I went to the front desk and the woman apologized. There were no rooms to move us to. We once again had to sleep in a dirty bed. I asked for clean blankets and there were none!! She gave me mattress protectors to use as a blanket. We booked with this hotel since there was an indoor pool. I asked, at check in, for the pool hours. I was told they were 9-9. So the last day I told my kids they could swim. We went down at 9:30 and the pool was “temporarily closed” All around disappointing.

The pool area was always closed due s to it being cleaned and it was spring break for my kids and the only reason we book the hotel was for the inside swimming pool. The also the iron in the room was black like someone burned something. The request for towels were limited so if you plan on going to a pool or to water please make sure u bring extra towels.

Expected more from a property with a rating of 8.4. Refrigerator didn’t work, at all. Asked for a different one. Food we put in that one all froze. Toilet wouldn’t fill after flushing. Asked for it to be repaired. Never did work. My husband had to fill the tank with water using the ice bucket.

Everything is good except in Room 220 the HVAC unit can be a bit loud, almost like a car engine running and I like some background noise in the room so I’m not someone who expects it to be quiet. But the unit I think could be looked at. Great room otherwise.

The room was nice and breakfast was very good. One of the main reasons for booking at this hotel was the indoor pool but it was not in service and there was no remedy offered. We wanted our room cleaned (beds made, fresh towels) so we made an appointment but the person who made the appointment made it for 3:30 (at our request) but the cleaning service left at 3:00 so we didnt get our room cleaned. We had a child with us and because there was no pool and little to do at the hotel we checked out a day early wasting $120.00. So although there were some good things about the hotel the pool was a big amenity that was just overlooked with no compensation, unexpectable. Also the juice machine was broken at breakfast but again no remedy. That an easy fix by putting out a few cartons of juice. This hotel seems to fall short when it comes to problem solving or compensation.

The most only reason I decided to stay at this hotel was for the pool but upon my arrival I was told that the pool was closed. I was very disappointed and left the hotel. I’ve asked for a refund and they have denied it when Expedia called to confirm my departure. Looks like the hotel wants to keep my money. Plus the rooms needs updating and the juice machine was broken.

The staff, especially the lady that worked Sunday morning for breakfast, was absolutely amazing!!! They were so kind and helpful while also busting their butt to keep everything stocked! We were very upset the pool was closed for maintenance the entire weekend as that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Our fridge in our room wasn’t the best which was stressful as a breastfeeding mom but we were able to keep ice in our cooler. Great location for dining and shopping though!

The staff was awesome! Ms Desiree at the front desk handled a situation that arose from Expedia. She explained everything, and everything was sorted out. The breakfast ladies were very kind . They kept the area stocked and clean. The breakfast was quite tasty! The room was decent. It was just minor cosmetics in that area. The black out curtains did not totally black out the window. The hallway walls and the windows are thin. I could hear people talking outside the room.

I awlays have a good experience here. We were a little bummed out that the thermostat was out for the pool, causing it to be closed thos time. But, things happen. So I cant hold it against the hotel. I am in town every-other weekend and we typically stay here.
