Cons: Professionalism of Desk Clerk
Stayed there mainly for the price but also the conveniance. Ground floor room and could see the lights through the shades all night. Other than that, i received what i payed for. Was fine for traveling alone.

OK, hotel. Convenient to interstate and other facPosted Dec 6, 2014
Pros: It's location and rate.
Cons: The hotel is old and many fixtures are outdated. It needs to be upgraded. Example, The vanity counter space wass extremely small!
Location: The location was fine. Clost to the interstate and a major mall.
Rooms were old, samll and in need of repair in some areas (e.g. carpet repacement, paint, etc.) I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous.

The room was huge and very quiet. The location of the hotel is around restaurants and shopping malls.

Pros: Convenient to major routes and restaurants.
Cons: Cooked Grits (not Instant) for breakfast and Southern Sweet Tea! This Is North Carolina!
Location: Carobind Park! Good Chain Restaurant Selections. Mall with major stores in walking distance.
Front desk staff were very accomodating, placed me and family members next door to each other. Breakfast staff were friendly and showed much willingness to be of assistance, equal to any restaurant experience.

Wonderful hotelPosted Nov 1, 2014
We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was awesome.. We had went to Charlotte the weekend before and stayed at Econolodge across from Carowinds and it had a bad smell and the man at the desk seemed irritated. We will be going often next summer and will be staying at Quality Suites for sure.

Excellent valuePosted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Size of room, amenities, breakfast
The room was huge and came with extras such as mini-fridge, microwave, sitting area with its own tv. The bathroom was a decent size, not cramped. The nights I was there it was quiet. And the free breakfast was not your typical hotel free breakfast. Pretty much any breakfast food you can think of! I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay - especially the rate for the size of our room.
