“Could have cheaper rooms”

I'm not supposed to mention specific prices, but it should have been cheaper.

“Impressed”

This hotel was immaculate and for the first time in a long time, I was able to sleep in the bed on the sheets comfortably without feeling they were not completely clean. The room I stayed in was quite immaculate and the breakfast was great!

Stay was enjoyable, hotel was clean and easy to access.

“Great place, reasonable price”

I only stayed one night at this hotel, but I was pretty impressed. The staff at the front desk was very polite. I had dealt with a couple people and it seems to be the same. Maybe it was just the southern culture. The rooms were quite roomy. It might be normal for a suite, but this is only the second suite I've ever stayed in: Lounge area when you walk in, a small kitchenette with kitchen sink, mini fridge, and microwave, full bath, and two queen beds. But for the price, it's unbeatable. They also have an indoor pool and a free computer terminal with internet access and a printer in the lobby, but I didn't use either. I'm very happy with my decision.

“Great Breakfast!”

This hotel had a full breakfast. The only items that need improvement are the room curtains didn't block enough light and the a/c unit is in the room and was a bit noisy.

“Worth a return visit.”

Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem: closet door did not shut all the way and daily service did not report it to housekeeping (this was the only drawback to the stay). Morning breakfast was tasty and had good variety of food. Staff was very cordial. Good location for business activity in Pineville area Exercise room and facilities were okay for my needs; clean and operational.

“For sure this hotel would be the one to stay in Charlotte again.”

The staff was most helpful and cheerful.

“Very Impressed”

The service and stay was above excellent. I thought when I saw the original rating of only 2 1/2 stars not to expect much but we were plesantly surprised. This was an amazing stay!!

“Best place for the bucks”

One of the most confortable hotels I've stayed in. Very reasonable priced; got our moneys worth especially with the full breakfast. Plan on returning in the near future.

“Have already booked another trip”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We originally had a room booked at another hotel and found such a better rate here that we changed and have no regrets. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was such a nice bonus. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool each evening, a nice way to wind down every night. Can't wait to come back!
