“Just visiting Friends”

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. When i checked in it was late in the evening. They were busy with passangers whose flights were delayed. I did not have to wait long to get checked in. The front desk staff were very kind and friendly consedering some of the people ahead of me had took out there frustration on them. My room was where i asked to be on the ground floor. The room was very nice and clean. I will stay here again upon my next trip to charlotte.

“I would go again”

I felt we were very lucky to get a room anywhere in Charlotte this particular weekend,being the weekend of the Coca Cola 600 at Lowes Motor Speedway.We were nicely surprised at the comfort we had here.The hotel restaraunt was very good too,the staff was tremendous!The Highway Patrol was lodged there so there was no reason not to feel safe.Without a doubt I would stay there again.

“Nice Place Great Price!”

Hotel was nice. The only thing which resembles a complaint is not a complaint. The bathrooms are a litle small. The service was great. The food in the restaraunt was great, and breakfast was great. Internet speed was a litle low in my room but the overall trip was super.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was just great, lovely room, nice lounge--even had live music on Saturday night.

This hotel was found to be very clean and the staff was helpful with surrounding information and hotel amenities. I defintely recommend this hotel based on friendliness and location.

when excerising(treadmill) it would have been nice to have the tv on. could not find a remote. other that that it was a nice stay

I had to counter the bad review this hotel got by giving it a strong thumbs up! For a leisurely two night stay, it was just perfect. The room was good-sized and clean, the hotel restaurant was lovely; with a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was EXCELLENT..very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We went during Speed week in charlotte, which is just crazy. The hotel was a place to stay. The pool was nice. There were lots of families there. The highway patrol was staying there that weekend, so we felt especially safe. A good place to stay if you are on vacation. Nearby restaurants were good.

Hotel is older but well kept. Room was aged but very clean. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Got fridge/microwave as soon as I requested it. Felt very safe even tho there is a stripper club across the parking lot. They had security at night (I believe armed) and a sub police station in hotel. I am a female and was traveling alone. I felt that I and my car were safe the whole time. Negatives: internet connection was not strong and had to set my laptop up on ironing board near door, but it worked and was free. Charge for breakfast was steep and I personally didnt see anything to eat. IHOP w/in walking distance tho :0). Because of age hotel room not as nice as others but was clean and the price thru exp. was priced right!! I didnt like the stripper club but it honestly didn't effect the stay. Hotel is very convenient to I-77. A note about type of cars in parking lot because I always look at this: there were a range of types of cars in the lot, mostly mid-priced and nice to expensive (mercedes), also had constructin trucks. I have driven off from hotels just from the type of cars parked there and this one didnt scare me off. I saved $20 a night off of hotel I normally use in S. Char area.
