Is property advertised that they have a breakfast, they did not. But 24hr coffee is available. The first room they put us in are keys did not work. I got housekeeping to try to let me in and their key did not work and she had to use a regular key. My husband had to go to the front desk to get us into another room for the night. Then we get in the room. There's no table. There's no chair. The phone doesn't work. The TV's not working properly. There's a hole in the middle of the floor. My husband goes out to go to the front desk to complain then his key wouldn't work. The gentleman at the front desk was rude. This is unacceptable. Then my husband finds live bug crawling on the towels. We tried getting room across the parking lot but they were booked. Don't waste your money. Don't stay here. Horrible place. I can give it a negative five I would.

I booked 3 Nights.After the first night I was getting ready to go shopping. The maid came by and asked if I was staying another night. I said yes and didn't need any towels. When I came back my key would't work and when I looked in the window all my stuff was gone.When I went to the office they told me I was in a different room. I told them I know which room I was in but would check the other room for my stuff which wasn't there.I went back to the office and finally they found all my stuff in their back room.They had no expanation as to why my belongings were packed up.I had a medical device that I used twice a day and some of the parts were missing. Those were never found.Needless to say I left that day..DO NOT STAY HERE!

The property was fine, the expedia experience was terrible. They did not have a record of it, even though I had the confirmation on my phone. BUT, it did now show a reservation # ! Only my Expedia record # which meant nothing to them. So then I had to download the expedia app to get what I needed and could not do that. The motel just gave me a room. They were nice and the room was clean. Expedia experience was terrible.

When I tried to check in, the staff could find no record of my having made a reservation with Travelocity. I was eventually shuffled off to what seemed like one of their spare rooms. The room had no chair other than a desk chair that fell backward as soon as I leaned back, no phone, and no desk light. Apparently, I was supposed to be in a standing or sleeping position throughout my stay. I asked the person at the desk the following day to get me a chair. My request was ignored. The door "keys" did not work properly. I got new keys and they didn't work properly either. I had to insert the "key" for about ten to twenty times, and if I was lucky, the door might open. Very tiresome. When I wanted to check out, there was no indication of what time the manager was supposed to show up in the morning. There was only a sign warning me that if I didn't check out on time, I would be charged $20 extra. I was early, but wanted to talk to the manager about all the troubles I had been having with the room. I tried to call the office with my cell phone and got only a recording. The manager showed up at 8 o'clock after I had been waiting close to an hour. During that time, other guests showed up looking for assistance, and had to leave because no one was around to help them. The experience of staying at this motel was a pain from start to finish.

I made my check in around 3pm, and I went to my room then I decided to go eat in some restaurant in town, when I returned to my room there was a couple in the room, I was freaking out something was not right and that was unacceptable to me, so I decided to cancel my room and ask for a refund.

Filthy, Stinks, Run down avoid this one
No one at the desk for check in so had to wait a while even after ringing the buzzer. Room was filthy and smelled horrible. No towels or toilet paper. I soaked the place down in disinfectant and febreeze and still smelled bad. There are 4 motels at this exit and this the worst by far.

Noisy bed.Old dirty cloth on ironing table.
Too Tiny room, no coffe ,no drinking water provided. Blankets had holes on it. Too old and dirty cloth or the iron table. Spring Bed Boxes ,made creepy noise if one person on it turns to any side. Convenient parking, like RoadWayInn is the only advantage. And Restaurant very near by.

Disappointing Hotel
When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in desk. There were already 5 parties ahead of us waiting to check in. Someone said they called the owner and an employee was being sent from another property. Eventually, two people showed up to check people in, and they were efficient. When we walked into the room we saw a cigarette burn on the sheets. We also noticed that several rooms have permanent residents (one even had a grill outside the room). We did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this Econo Lodge, so we left and stayed in another hotel.

This place was nasty broke down cars in parking lot no running water in bathroom. Ended up not staying. And still trying to get money back

Usually Econolodges are satisfactory but this one was apparently being renovated. They should have closed it for a time or certainly not have charged $90 a night for such a mess.
