“not a good stay”

i was not satified with my stay. had to ask for towels and there was not much water pressure or hot water.the bathroom only had 2 towels and there was 4 of us. i will not stay there again.

“Disappointing”

Looked ok from the outside,but inside was a different story. Its a hole. I expected alittle more from red roof. We were shorted wash cloths,so I called front desk. I had to go down to the front desk to get them! They would not bring them up to our room. On arrival at the front desk I found 5 employees sitting around doing nothing! Do not take your family there. Carpet dirty, our door didn't lock unless you slam the door, waking everybody on the floor! Front desk guy made me feel like i was bothering him, and interupting his tv show. We checked ouy early.

“Don't expect too much”

If you don't expect too much then you can not be disappointed. Satisfactory as a crash pad for a few days. The continental breakfast left quite a bit to be desired.

“Needs help”

Lack of profesionalism. Lights behind fornt desk turned out around 8pm at night . Hotel is hard to find from main road lack of directional signage Room smelt musty lack of soap in room Remote filthy and broken . Continental breakfast ill Supplied Desk clerk and owner /manager at check out could not care less

“Very Disappointing”

We chose this hotel because it was cheap and had a pool. Well the pool was closed the whole weekend we were there due to "Cleaning" but we never saw anyone cleaning it. When we would ask the staff anything they were rude.

“Disappointing”

The staff was fine. They were courteous and helpful. The problem we had was the rooms were extremely outdated. They were not dirty but just so old. The TV was at least 15 years old & the picture was bad. Each drawer in the dresser was missing the handle. (ALL of them) It was a non smoking room but someone was clearly smoking in one of the neighboring rooms (which also was non smoking) and it was not stopped. The shower had very little water pressure. The cleaning staff missed straightening our room even though we were gone for four hours in the morning and we left the sign requesting service on our door. Again, the staff was fine & we had no problem with the service. But the overall quality of the hotel was less than nice.

“Nothing like the rosy reviews”

Quite disappointed with this hotel. I am surprised that the reviews paint such a great place; but, my family will never stay in Red Roof. Here are the top 4 disappointments: Bathroom leaking from the ceiling. Front-desk said they would send somebody, but nobody showed up Breakfast has no cold drinks, no teas, no yogurt Wireless internet is not working. No help from front-desk either The building is falling apart, cracks on ceiling

“Very bad hotel”

The location Its very bad, i booked a superior room, and the gave me another one, when i went to speak with the staff they said they were renovating the rooms, the place smells like hell, and they let dogs get in. I didn't like at all, i went to another city before and booked at another hotel before more cheaper and better then this one, the place was out dated and very dirty, also it felt unsecure....
