“A Day in Charlotte”

My husband and I were very impressed not only with the quality of the customer service, and friendliness of the staff but also with the amenities that the hotel had to offer (gym, pool, sauna, etc.). The decor seemed a little retro, but overall our suite was beautiful and very comfortable. Our king sized bed was so comfy it was almost like sleeping on a cloud, and the flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living area was a great touch. The bathroom was spacious and updated with a very inviting feel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel again.

Great hotel! We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast. Food was wonderful.

The suite room had enough space for a family of four. Se were very comfortable. The main floor had a huge open space and an eight story cathedral ceiling. The room service was good and they came quick and accurately. It is easy to get to from the airport and we will probably use this hotel the next time we go to NC.

We were traveling through the Charlotte area with our 3 kids and needed a hotel that could fit us all in one room. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the room was exceptional,

I enjoyed my stay and the comfort of my room was exceptional. My only fault was that I could not get a late checkout. The reason give (big groups next day) was misleading because somethings did not start until 4:00 p.m., and my request for 2 hours would not have have been a problem.

“Very nice hotel at a good price”

Stayed on a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel is very clean and enjoyable. The room was very nice with a living room and a bedroom. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again without hesitation.

“Great place for the price”

The hotel was hosting a convention of several hundred people. While there was much drinking and smoking (outside) going on, everyone quieted down at a reasonable hour. Plus, the bedroom had a door that could separate it from the living room, for even better sound isolation. Beds, TVs, bathroom amenities were good, very classy for a non 'luxury' hotel.

“As Advertised”

I found the desk staff, especially Derrick to be very helpful. Because of my reason to be in Charlotte, I did not get a chance to use any of the facilities although I saw the pool and exercise room. I did use the Club Level room, however for breakfast and evening snack. Again the staff there was quite helpful and very pleasant. The room is as advertised, 2 distinct rooms, sitting room with sleep sofa (I did not use) and bedroom that can be closed. The lobby area is large and bright. It is 5 minutes from the airport and easy access to I-77.
