“Best hotel I have stayed at”

The room was like a little apartment complete with a flat screen tv on a swivel so that you could see it from any place in the room. The room also had a full size fridge, dishwater, garbage disposal, coffee maker, everything. It was the perfect home away from home.

“Wonderful hotel.”

I often stay at the Residence Inn when I visit my father. I appreciate having kitchen facilities. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient to South Park.

“Wonderful Hotel!”

Wonderful service, GREAT breakfast including eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, yougart, etc. The AC was on the fritz however, it didn't affect our stay. Beautiful area of Charlotte, within a stone's throw of many nice places to visit including restaurants, South Park Mall and not too far from downtown. No king bed in the hotel, only queens. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours.

“I loved this hotel!!!!”

This was the best hotel I stayed at in a long time. Me and my family were originally going to stay one night, but we were so impressed and felt so relaxed at the hotel we stayed another night. The rooms are comfortable,the hotel has wonderful amenities, and has a great breakfast every morning. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I just really enjoyed myself.

“Nice place, convenient location”

Everything was very clean except for some stains on the carpet that were pretty bad, looked like blood stains. Very comfortable and quiet room. Very pet friendly, quiet enough for our dogs not to hear too many strange noises and lots of room to walk them. VERY convenient location to the awesome South Park location, can walk to some shopping and a few blocks drive to much more.

“Far exceeded expectations”

My experience with extended-stay hotels has largely been that you get what you pay for; and while the fully stocked kitchenette is nice, cleanliness, comfort, service, and even ambience are lacking. Not so here. The staff were very helpful and had a great attitude, and the room was comfortable, clean, and very cheerful. I had only one very minor issue (the extra blanket had a hole in it), but the staff handled it promptly. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, featuring hot selections in addition to the standard cold layout of pastries and cereal.

“Home Away From Home!”

This is a great hotel! The room was beautiful, almost like an apartment with all sorts of amenities. It is located in the perfect location too. It is not too far away from the nightlife and not loud and chaotic like other hotels in Charlotte. We had a great stay, and I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Charlotte!

As a regular guest at this hotel, I just have to say it is really nice. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are really nice and clean. The surrounding neighborhood is really nice and has a lot to offer in the way of shopping, restaurants, etc. Our group has been staying here for the past three years and really love it!
