“Great hotel!”

Clean, comfortable, good location...we stayed here for the All-Star Race and the only issue we had was transportation to and from the track. We used Walker's and the cost was just outrageous. Will not do that again...

This hotel was close to everything that we had planned on going to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room made us feel like we were back at home. It was a great stay, we can't wait to go back.

My family and I went to Charlotte for the Meineke Car Care Bowl December 29th. The Residence Inn was only minutes from downtown Charlotte, the room was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the full breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. The response to our requests for room supplies was prompt and friendly. The rate we got was a great bargain for 2 nights. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant, quiet stay.

“Will Stay Again”

This room was great. It was like a mini condo, fireplace, full size fridge, full size dishwasher, small kitchen table. Me and my wife were very pleased. Their staff was great.

“Pleasant surprise!”

Upon checking in the staff was extremely friendly. We travel with 2 small dogs and our previous accomodations always reflected that stigma, travelling with dogs! However, upon getting to our "room", I was wowed by the spacious apt. like accomodations. We stayed in a small room. Although a little pricey, especially attaching the $100.00 pet fee for our stay, I loved the place. Just goes to show, you get what you pay for. We would recommend the Residence Inn for those looking for a clean, quiet place to stay while in Charlotte. Kitchen facilities were great to have even though we hardly used them. Very impressed.

“Good Room For The Area”

Checked in late on 9/9/11 after a long drive from Tennessee on business. Check-in went smooth and quick, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very well appointed, however, we discovered that the lights were out in both the under cabinet light and microwave lights in the kitchen area, which we thought would be good for a night light. No night light in bathroom area, either. No place to hang towels close to shower stall. A little disappointing, but a good, clean room overall. Water was hot - loved the pulsating shower head after a 6 hr drive and a full day at work. Would stay again - nice place.

“Nice stay”

In town for a concert, we had a quick 1 night stay at the Residence Inn. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaints were that the fruit at breakfast was sour and the ice maker in the fridge was not on so there was no ice.
