Pros: very clean and staff was very nice
Cons: paying to use the internet
should tell u at check in time you upgrade for little extra more to get breakfast and that internet is not free you do have to pay to use it!

Old worn out Sheraton -dirty carpet with holes in the doorway. They want to charge extra for WiFi and Breakfast though if you complain they will wave the WiFi fee, which I tried but it wouldn't work anyway! So I had breakfast at MacDonalds to get the WiFi!!

Pros: You can order drinks from the bar near the pool, and take them to the pool. It would be nicer if the bar/restaurant served you from the pool area
Cons: Still needs cleaning/renovation, esp. in guest bathrooms. Mattresses are so soft they are almost uncomfortable. The parking lot feels like a truckstop
We stayed at this hotel because it was on the Gaston County side of Charlotte and it had what appeared to be a nice indoor/outdoor pool. The pool was okay, and our kiddo enjoyed it, but it wasn't nearly as big as I thought it would be from the pictures. The bathroom in our room had a dirty floor and was barely renovated (the hotel claims a major renovation just took place). Also, during the night my husband heard renovations on our hallway. Why this type of work would take place overnight in a hotel, I have no idea.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton and could see ourselves staying there again. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Overall had a very good experience.

I was very pleased with my stay. The only problem I had was the maidsservice in the mornings was very loud they were shutting doors and talking making a lot of noise there was no way to sleep past 830 due to all the noise the maids was making
