Close to Interstate

Cons: Add a fitness room.
All was great. Just missing a fitness room. Very helpful staff and great location near the interstate.

East on off I 70

Afternoon shift desk guy very rude. Even while waiting for our turn. He was unprofessional on the phone and with person in front of us. We told him our air conditioner leaked water all over the floor and the clothes in our suit case were all wet. A fan was all he offered. Acted like it was our fault and that we were bothering him.

Nice for one night

Pros: Beds were OK, not great Pillows were too soft.
Cons: Tear down the building and start over
Location: Close to I-77
We checked in for a 5 night stay. The room was small, bathroom was even smaller. Did not have a tub and the sink was in the bedroom. Breakfast --well for a starving Arab, might be a banquet. Lets say there is a lot of room for improvement.

Hello Jerry. Yes, we have standard rooms. It is possible to know what type of rooms a hotel offers by simply reading the name. If you see the word "suites", then they have suites. Otherwise all other hotels are offering standard rooms. Concerning breakfast, did you look in the refrigerator? We have (3) kinds of breakfast sandwiches as well as hot-pockets. You may make your own waffles. There is yogurt, fruit, cereals, danishes, bagels... If you do not see something you would like, please, always ask. We are here to help you have a wonderful stay. Horrible customer service

The manager here was absolutely unprofessional and threatened to kick out a baby a four yr old and their mom and dad all because the mom was taking too long at her cancer treatments and physically had the card with her that they charged the previous night. Even though the mom let the manager know she would sign off on another night as soon as she left the doctor and he said okay. Then all of a sudden all hell was breaking loose and this manager went all psycho saying we were leading him on because the doctors were taking too long treating the mother. He was so rude then when we asked for corporates number he gave us the 1800 number for reservations!!!! Nasty attitude. We will never EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Hello. I'm sorry but you misunderstand the situation. The communication between myself and the lady at the doctors went nothing like that. I extended the time she needed to return to the hotel again, again, and again, and I only asked for her to communicate if she was going to need more time. Two hours late without a call did cause me some concern, though I would never harass anyone. We are always patient with our guests. Though, please, always ensure your paperwork is accurate when you initially check in to a hotel. And if you need to make changes to your stay, please do so before the last minute. This hotel is awful

Cons: Everything!
Location: Charlotte NC. Great city-crappy hotel.
The hotel was busy, granted, but that is not an excuse for poor service which I encountered from not 1 but 2 staff members. Upon arrival to our room, we discovered that it had not been cleaned at all and it was nasty!!!! The desk clerk repeatedly told me he was not the cleaning crew but would try to clean it up. After handing me a trash bag and telling me to get the trash, he then refused to wipe down the dirty shower stall when I asked saying, "Ït looks clean to me." There were opened, used bottles of shampoo and crème rinse on the shower shelf. Finally we made the decision to leave- the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. The next conversation I had was with the "manager." He informed me that "hotels are run by people and people make mistakes." My mistake was booking a room at that hotel!!!! I did get a full refund which I felt fully entitled to. It was a nightmare.

Thanks for the review. Sorry the hotel was sold out! There was a paperwork mistake which caused the room not to be cleaned after the last guest had checked out. We were sold out, and unable to give you another room. I am proud of my housekeepers. They work hard and keep the hotel clean. It was not their fault. And I apologize my front desk agent was not able to help you with this mistake. We always try to take care of our guests in every way. I understand how you were disappointed in finding a dirty room. We were just staying overnight before driving on. Clean, neat, nice desk person. We arrived at the breakfast by 9, but not many choices, tables were dirty.

Hello. Thanks for having stayed. Concerning breakfast, we are in the middle of switching permits. We currently offer (4) types of hot BK sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, danishes, cereal, juices...... The pool was green and some of the walls were chipped up and need of repair. Overall it was an okay stay. Just don't expect a 5 star. The front desk clerk was kind of out of it. I ask how much was a cab ride to downtown and how long would it take for them to show up. He just said "I don't know but I can call one for you."

Hello. Thanks for the review. Yes, we always have a guest talk directly to the cab company. If that does not happen, there usually are problems. They need to know your destination, the time to pick you up, your room number, your cell number.... and more. We feel it is your decision to decide what personal information should be given.
