Nice & comfortablePosted Jul 4, 2014
Nice place; close to friends/family; close to Northlake Mall; on a main street; walking distance to Romano's Macaroni Grill. Clean room; friendly staff; continental breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, muffins etc) was crowded but ok - suggest getting there early.

Fabulous Girls WeekendPosted Jun 2, 2014
Cons: Maybe add a bench at the exit doors for those who smoke? Or maybe a small pavillion/gazebo?
We were looking for a place where we would not be crowded since there were 4 of us girls making the trip. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into a beautifully decorated lobby, greeted by a very courteous receptionist, were quickly checked in, and into the room we went! Absolutely LOVED the room layout! Entrance revealed a sofa, coffee table, end table and then a small fridge, microwave, and desk. We had 2 beds (which were very comfortable) and the bathroom was of sufficient size to accomodate all 4 of us. Having the shower and toilet in a spacious, separate room from the dressing mirror and sink made it easy for us to "swap around" to get ready in the mornings! Loved having space to move around and not feel crowded no matter where we were at in the room! (You know how us women can be!) Also loved the indoor hot tub! After a long day of shopping, it was great to relax our tired bodies and unwind from the day! The breakfast was like any other complimentary meal - basic, but filling. Good enough for starters! If I had anything bad to say, it would be that the chemicals in the hot tub were a little strong - made my eyes burn a little - but hey - is that a bad thing?! Overall - a most enjoyable stay.....will definitely be a top pick for us in the future!

Close to UNCC and Charlotte attractionsPosted May 18, 2014
Pros: Good quality for the price. very clean. Hot, varied, plentiful breakfast each morning, with attentive attendants keeping everything full.
Cons: Everything was great from our point of view!
Location: Located just minutes to the University, and 20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte. there is a Macaroni Grill restaurant next door.
Traveling with family for the UNN Charlotte graduation. The suite was perfect, plenty of room for everyone. Clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. would stay again if in the area.

Great staffPosted Mar 31, 2014
Upon my arrival i told the front desk attendants i had just gotten married. They brought up me and my husband a cheese and cracker tray, some fruit, and wine. That was very nice and unexpecting.

Convenient location, easy to find. Close to major highway, restaurants and shopping area. The hotel was very clean, non-smoking, quiet, large rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Disappointed with our stayPosted Mar 17, 2014
The pullout couch blocked the room doorway. We were told that they would send a rollaway bed. When it didn't arrive, we called down again. We were told they didn't have any and the we're hung up on. The pool was closed in the morning to recover from the night before.

One night stay. met all of our needsPosted Feb 22, 2014
Excellent location. Plenty of places to eat located close by. Lots of morning and evening traffic, so schedule your outings accordingly. The hotel has nothing to do with the traffic. Charlotte/Concord, NC, is constantly doing road work, so try not to be on the road during peak times.
