“Nice extra touches”

It was actually better than a Marriott I stayed at (in a different city) the week before. Nice little touches like free toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash in the bathroom. They also go an extra mile for people with ICH frequent guest program - a little goodie bag that they offer to tailor for you every time you return - your favorite soda, chips, and candy bar. Oh and a free bottle of water in the room without the obnoxious $2 charge like a Marriott...

Very lovely, great staff, superb breakfast, local transfers to nearby offices. Room had a bit to much "marketing" pieces - they should ease up on the promotional clutter.
