“suburban was great”

my friend and i came to north carolina for a business trip. we came for our tryout with the nfl. because of the help we received from Ken and his staff when something was needed. we were able to relax and stay focused. we slept good, and when we needed help with the surroundings there were no hesitation on their part. we were both offered contracts, and are grateful, we were able to focus on such a nervous, and anxious trip. I would like to personally thank the entire staff at suburban, and expedia for suggesting this hotel to us.

“GOOD VALUE, GOOD LOCATION”

Pros: Close to restaurants, pharmacy and shopping. The price was very reasonabale, wireless internet was free and staff was very helpful with directions.Cons: Does not have in-house restaurant or pool.

“An OK place to stay.”

The hotel is in a great location. Near all restaurant chains and some major retail stores as well as a short drive to the heart of the city.

For what I paid for my stay.. It was a bed to sleep in.

“My stay in charlotte..”

Although the staff was very friendly, this hotel was misrepresented. There was no fitness room, as originally reported. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, and it smelled if bad air freshener. I wouldn't stay here again, though the staff was very accommodating.

“Never Stay Here”

Room was dirty. Light bulbs were out. AC worked at about 60% capacity. Manger was rude when complaints made.
