Not bad for the pricePosted Aug 4, 2013
Pros: The price and location, right off I85
Cons: New pillows and towels
Location: Right off I85, 15 mins from Carowinds, 5 mins from Ikea, right down the street from Concord Mills. Great location!
We stayed on a Saturday night, the hotel was quiet and we slept well. The mattress was great. Sadly the pillows and towels need to be replace. I brought my own pillow so I was find. We didn't shower so I can't say anything about that. Breakfast the next day was bare minimum for a Super 8 but we were content. There is a Cook Out within walking distance and you have a mini fridge and microwave in your room. The room was great for the price! We are a family of 4 and everyone slept well. The kids thought the AC was loud but I didn't think it was too bad. It was cool and that's the priority. There is no elevator, we didn't expect it. We had read the reviews. The hotel is well liked by truckers. We would stay her again.

Nice hotel under renovationsPosted Jul 17, 2013
Pros: The hotel staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. There were major renovations taking place, but it was never any type of inconvenience on our part.
Location: Relatively close to Carowinds.
The hotel is undergoing major renovations, but is still putting the customer first. We stayed in 6 different hotels over a 2 week period and the staff here went above and beyond all expectations.

Average but affordable hotelPosted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel and how clean it was.
Cons: A microwave and refridgerator should be added to the rooms, considering that is what is being advertised.
Location: The hotel was located in close proximity to downtown Charlotte and the mall in Concord NC, there were also a number of restaurants nearby.
While I was pleased with the staff, cleanliness of the room, and comfort of the beds at such a reasonable rate. I was disappointed that there was not a refridgerator and microwave in the room as advertised.

Only a BedPosted Jun 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Needed a place to sleep for a family move and that's all this was. Comfortable beds. No maid service in 2 days; had to call front desk for fresh towels, which were delivered by an armed security guard(who was in the lobby 24hrs.)! Very commercial neighborhood, but close to freeway. We will stay elsewhere on our next visit to Charlotte.

Clean room bad servicePosted Apr 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was clean but when we entered the window was wide open and there were no locks. The guy at the front desk didn't even attempt to help us find the room, we had parked on the opposite side. Then we put out the do not disturb sign and housekeeping still knocked and barged right in.
