Good hotel for the short stay. Rooms are clean and have all you need. Breakfast is ok, not many choices.

Not a bad place to stay last minute when on a budget. The breakfast was limited and room service inconsistent... Service attendants were to busy chatting rather than focusing on ensuring the room was serviced. Bottom line... I slept, showered and my car was not broken in to so it was a good trip.

The WORST experience ever

We called around 4pm the day of check in to ensure we could check in late they said "well we are overbooked, but if you are coming after the race we will definitely have your room ready, so that is no problem". At 1am we arrived and there was one gentleman working the desk. The clerk was running around and asked us to wait while he went and "checked on a room". After 10 min he returned and called us up saying "we don't actually have a room for you, but if you are ok with it we will put you up in the Days Inn across the street". He assured us there would be no extra charge. We went across the street to the Days Inn to find out that they had no rooms that were similar to what we booked. The room we got was outdated, mystery stains all over the furniture and walls, smelly, and didn't look like it had been cleaned. We called the coporate offices of Super 8 the next morning. They took our info and said "someone will be in touch with you by the 15th of October. By the 18th, we heard nothing so we went through a few back and forth calls. Finally, I had a voicemail from Super 8 saying there was really nothing they could do since we had booked through "Expedia.com"; obviously we booked through Hotels.com. During the calls back and forth we found out the manager of the Super 8 had told their corporate offices that they had spoken to us and it was all taken care of, completely false. The issue wasn't having to put us into a different hotel, but it should be EQUAL quality.

The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The room smelled like urinr snd cigaretts. The sheets were stained with grease, the bed was lumpy. We checked out 2 days early. They offered to change the room we declined it was that bad we did not want to be disappointed again. The front desk was corgial but did not seem surprised why we were leaving 2 days early. She added since you paid via Hotels.com we can't reimburss you.

Key card did not work for the second night stay but just had to go to desk to get it reprogrammed. Great stay will stay again.

Very nice staff, but the hotel needs updating

The bathroom floor had broken tiles. My socks were filthy after walking on the carpet in the room. The front desk staff was great, but the motel needs updating (especially the flooring).
