Stayed three nights.. Room service made the beds once and room was dirty and sheets stained. Not what I normally like but was a last minute thing. We visit about every three months and probably won't stay here again.

Spend a little more and avoid this hotel

I have learned that a $10 difference in the rate makes a HUGE difference in this area of the state. Take my advice and opt for a nicer hotel. This one looks, feels and smells like it is 40 years old. The condition of the room hasn't been updated for years and that includes the walls, carpet bedding and tv. I will not stay at this location again.

The sheets had permanent, washed-in stains and the blanket was full of burn-holes from cigarettes . . . REALLY????

place to sleep, minimal comforts

I arrived at about 10:30 pm after flying into Charlotte. I rang a bell to summon a woman who came from another room dressed in pajamas. She didn't seem particularly happy to see me, although I can't say she was rude...just not friendly. I had to check in while standing outside on the sidewalk, as the office door is apparently locked at that hour. She spoke to me (minimally) thru a glass window and pushed paperwork out a tiny slot. The room smelled...reminiscent of urine. It seemed reasonably clean, but the desk chair had large stains on it and the furnishings were of low quality and appeared old/worn. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower was decent. No conditioner provided with complimentary toiletries. I would not return, even though all I needed was a place to sleep - left first thing in am. I guess I should not have expected more from a budget motel.

Too Noisy

This hotel was halfway in a good location and halfway not. It was very convenient to lots of different places to eat and shop, but very noisy as the hospital was extremely close and we constantly heard sirens. Also there were a few guest staying on the sides of me and I had to listen to them cuss and fuss at each other constantly and very loudly, but nothing was ever said to them by management.

Thank you and it was good; Super 8 is a great economical way to stay at hotels. I have stayed in many of your establishments and for the most part very satisfied. Sometimes with your queen beds you need to buy larger sheets.
