Weekend Wedding Trip.

Pros: A smaller hotel but very swank. Prompt room service.

Cons: We had some trouble with TV reception due to satellite problems.

Location: Downtown Charlotte has a lot going on. Good restaurants. Young crowd and active nightlife.

New hotel. Very tastefully decorated with usual Ritz touches. Centrally located in downtown Charlotte. Staff was well trained, helpful, very professional and polite. Good room service. Great exercise facility.

Cons: nothing loved it all

The staff were awesome. Very kind and accomodating. Best Ritz I've ever stayed in and I have visited alot of Ritz. People there were unforgettable. Great job guys

Had a nice, relaxing night. BLT was excellent, staff was great, as they always are. Bar at 15th floor would be great for business as well.

Had booked a jr. suite, was upgraded to an executive suite with no query. Lovely room. Great linens. Only drawback was one bathroom in the suite, otherwise, very nice room!
