Everything at this hotel is exceptional! It's a boutique hotel without the attitude. The staff are super friendly and helpful (we received great restaurant and bar recommendations). The lobby is a fun place to relax, grab a coffee or hangout in one of their extra large hammocks. The roof top restaurant and bar is also worth having a meal or drink with sweeping 360 degree views of Berlin and the zoo. We had lunch at Neni, which serves delicious Israeli food. For two people, sharing a few small portion plates was more than enough. We stayed in one of their Jungle M rooms with a hammock. Our view was into the monkey cages at the zoo. Believe me, it's a wonderful feeling swinging back and forth and lulling yourself to sleep. BTW - open your window in the early morning so you can hear the animals waking up and talking to each other. We also checked out the sauna which has floor to ceiling windows and views into the zoo. All in all, I would live there if I could and the room price was certainly affordable.

A well located hotel, just a couple of blocks from KaDeWe and K'Dam. Staff were consistently helpful & polite.
Our 1 bedroom apartment faced the courtyard and was quiet. It had basic kitchen equipment but no kettle and we noticed the oven didn't have any racks - good thing we didn't need to use it. The washing machine/dryer was a bonus, especially for a week's stay but the hotel didn't supply or sell small sachets of powder. The sofa wasn't particularly comfortable and had several cigarette burns. On the plus side, the apartment had lots of storage. The bed was comfortable.
We didn't eat at the hotel and found lots of choices within a 10 minute walk.

Our stay at the Swissotel Berlin was just perfect in every way. The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming and the hotel's interior was spacious, clean and full of attractive artwork. Our room was equally spacious and was well equipped with toiletries and a wonderful coffee machine. The choice of food available at the breakfast buffet was amazing and to top it all there was even Prosecco! The fact that the hotel was located in a great shopping area near to bus stops and the U Bahn made it all the more attractive. We absolutely could not fault anything about our stay and can;t wait to return to the Swissotel. Thank you to all the staff who made us welcome.

The staff was really great. This hotel is really well managed. The restaurant El Dorado is really good too. I ate there 4 or 5 times, and every meal was cooked to perfection. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin.

Found the staff to be efficient and helpful.Breakfast set you up for the day with a good selection and choice that would have satisfied everyone.Decent location with trains/buses 5 mins away.plenty of restaurants close by with good Italians 100 metres away and Lidl even closer.
Cons- Shower could have been bigger as rather cramped although it looked like rooms around ours being upgraded.
For the price I paid would go back.

Centrally located and very convenient to subway, buses and walking. I did not chose the breakfast option, but plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Clean room, and accommodating staff. Would stay here again.

Located west of the city centre, Charlottenburg is a smart residential district home to the Charlottenburg Palace, Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Olympic Stadium and the capitalist dreams of the Kurfürstendamm. In the former centre of West Berlin, now the Europa Centre, stands the ruined Kaiser Wilhelm Church. The famous avenue Ku'damm houses the Story of Berlin Museum and flagship stores for designer brands.
