I was really looking forward to the spa and it was out of order when we we there. Pool area was clean but pool was a little chilly. Again very upset that the spa was outnof order.

We've been staying here when we visit our daughter. The hotel is clean and comfortable but not fancy. The staff is always friendly. There is a Starbucks in the lobby so nice to get our coffee in the morning. It's located close to shopping and restaurants.

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: The staff should be better trained and more professional. At least the desk agent should have been.
Very surly and less than helpful agent at check out. Took the occasion to lecture me about booking through third parties, and failed to provide explanation as to the charge for my stay. Left the hotel still no knowing what I paid. Had to go back later and check my records to assure myself that I wasn't double charged.

1-Requested a month and a few days ahead for a list of open restaurants in area and was assured of written recommendations. No recommendations provided and staff unaware that a 24-hour eatery was within quarter mile. 2-No directory of TV stations in the room. 3-Odd layout made for no comfortable location from which to watch TV: TV was to side of bed and side of desk. Sofa was not proportioned for average persons to sit upright.
