Very clean, people were nice and extrememly accomodating, free shuttle service to shopping district and pick up, very nice complementary breakfast

this hotel was comfortable and clean and a great place for a larger family. It is difficult to find a hotel that will let 5 people stay in a room. There was plenty of room and the staff was very helpful when we had a request.

“Could stand to plan out room assignments better.”

They could stand to put a trash can under the bathroom sink, which was in a room separate from the toilet and shower. Also, while the hotel wasn't full, they did put a family with two very young children right next to us, and they kept us awake at night, and I'm afraid we woke them when we left early in the morning...not good for any of the guests.

“Great hotel, central location, friendly staff”

Its a great hotel and great staff, only one guy at the receiption that was a bit weird (he looked new or just completely disinterested). The other three recepionist were very nice and helpful, with my questions for a shuttle or just how to get my points for the stay onto my account.

“Very classy hotel”

Very clean, quite and comfortable hotel. Excellent location and very nice staff. The kitchen suite was roomy. Wish all hotel rooms were like this. You were almost getting four rooms for the price of one room. It was nice having two TV's and space. Bathroom was huge- It was little expensive but worth it. Breakfast was nice and the furnishings were so classy. Will stay again.
